Opportunity

The company required an expansion to accommodate its growing workforce. The existing office space was insufficient, lacking the necessary room for all employees and an updated breakroom. The goal was to create a modern, functional work environment.

Completed in January 2024, this project involved a comprehensive 2,200 sq ft interior build-out. The new space included four offices, a break area, storage, and a dedicated scheduling area.

Our team handled the entire scope of the construction process. CRU supplied and installed framing, drywall, insulation, primer and paint, cabinets, countertops, and acoustic ceilings. In addition, we coordinated with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing subcontractors to ensure the infrastructure met the project's demands. The installation of new exterior windows, which required cutting through the existing steel building and EIFS exteriors, was executed with precision, enhancing both the aesthetic and functionality of the space.
