The Public Works Department in Muncie, Indiana identified a need for a new warehouse to support its growing operations. As the city’s demand for custom signage increased, the department required more space to manufacture and print signs efficiently in-house. The goal was to create a versatile facility that would accommodate production needs and to streamline its operations.

The custom metal building featured a robust steel mezzanine structure, and heavy-duty, thickened concrete slabs were installed throughout to ensure durability and longevity.
