A family dentistry practice in Litchfield, Illinois, approached CRU Construction with a pressing need to remodel their existing office. With a growing patient base and an expansion of services, their current space was no longer meeting their needs. The practice sought a more functional environment to accommodate their increasing demands and ensure a positive experience for patients.

CRU Construction embarked on a comprehensive remodel to breathe new life into the dental office. The project included the installation of new carpeting, flooring, cabinets, countertops, and a fresh coat of paint throughout the facility, transforming the space into a welcoming and professional environment.

Recognizing the need for additional space to improve patient care, CRU also executed a strategic expansion of the building. This expansion included the addition of three operatories, a surgical suite, an equipment room, and extended breakroom and lab areas.

With the coordination of 14 different trades, CRU worked diligently to minimize disruption to the practice’s operations. Due to careful planning and execution, the office remained operational for the majority of the project, allowing the dental team to continue serving patients without interruptions. The result was a successful remodel that equipped the practice to handle its growing patient load and enhanced the overall functionality of the office.
